Price vs. Value ratio very good.
Very good location close to Honjowaseda shinkansen train station (5min walk). Some shops and restaurants also within walking distance (5-10min walk). Onsen bath directly at the hotel. Rooms clean, staff helpful and friendly.
The dining room closes every evening around 20:30pm. It could be left open until later time as there is no other gathering room in the hotel.

The room space is more extensive than in Tokyo, facilities are perfect for business traveling. Staff are friendly regardless most of them can't speak English, and they always try their best to provide service and support.
I booked the room via booking.com which requested payment in advance, that's not a problem for me. But I can't get the invoice either from booking.com or the hotel after more than 4 times contact to the customer service of booking.com and longer than one hour of discussion with the hotel staff. I have no idea why. booking.com continuously responded to me that they had forwarded my request for an invoice to the hotel and asked them to send me, booking.com explained even though booking.com facilitated the payment, the invoice can only be issued by the hotel. But that's not true, the hotel did not get the request forwarded by booking.com, and the hotel can't provide the invoice because they did not get the payment! I was a ping-pong between booking.com and the hotel, and that was my first experience in my 10+ years of international experience, and I have not received an invoice so far. PS: Please don't respond to me on how to get the receipt from booking.com, the receipt is stated as "Please note, this is not an invoice" in the end.
